Our inclusive karate classes promote healthy activities that are intended and structured for those of all ages and abilities, including children with special needs, teens, and adults. We offer programs within our community designed to guide instruction and encourage students to grow and strengthen their motor, cognitive and sensory skills as they develop through the practice of karate and other activities.
