Join SMTT at IMEX America Wednesday, December 10 – Friday, December 12, 2025. The largest trade show for the global meetings events and incentives travel industry, this opportunity is designed to provide Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT) partners with the opportunity to network with key contacts from around the world and meet with fully-vetted, high performing meeting & incentive travel buyers by pre-set appointments. In addition, SMTT will be hosting a client event during IMEX which is included in the fair share fee.

SITE SoCal Holiday Event 2025
Join Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT) at the SITE SoCal Holiday Event in December 2025. This event is designed to provide SMTT partners with the opportunity to network with key contacts from the SITE SoCal Chapter including LA, Orange County and San Diego.
THE MISSION WILL INCLUDE:
- Hotel Partner registration to Gala Dinner and Give Back/Get Back Event (limited tickets). Networking with 300 Meeting Planners and 300 Suppliers.
- Hotel Partner option to personally invite your own planner. Planner receives complimentary overnight accommodation on December 10th and 11th with Gala Dinner, Hosted Planner Breakfast and Give Back/Get Back Event.
- Four (4) hosted buyers by SMTT and partners (airfare not included). If you are unable to invite a planner, SMTT will fill the slot.

FAIR SHARE FEES
$1,000 ($1250 for two properties).
All airfare, accommodations, transportation and meals are the responsibility of the partner unless otherwise specified by SMTT. SMTT will provide recommendations on room block opportunities and flights as it is strongly encouraged that participants overnight in proximity. Travel expenses are not included.
