Westside Food Bank’s Hunger Walk + Beach Bash

Westside Food Bank’s 26th Annual 5K Hunger Walk will be taking place Sunday, October 23, 2016. Bring your family, friends, co-workers, dogs on leash and help make our 26th Anniversary a Hunger Walk to remember. Visit wsfb.org to register for free and reserve your tee shirt, or you can also register onsite on the day of the event. Check-in starts at noon.
After the walk, there will be a special “Beach Bash” After Party from 3pm to 5pm sponsored by Banc of California and hosted by Perry’s Cafe (2600 Ocean Front Walk). Tickets to the After Party are $20, however, complimentary tickets will be given to walkers who raise $250 or more.
Participation is free and every donated dollar from the event will provide four meals for local families in need. Walk as an individual or form a walking team! If you cannot make it to the Hunger Walk, you can still register as a “virtual walker” and raise money to feed local families in need.
