Esters patio will be tented and cozy, so they’re bringing a little après-ski to Santa Monica! Convivium Imports’ Dan Hess was raised in Switzerland and grew up eating raclette, so Esters is partnering with him on this fun, wintery event. They’ll have a giant wheel of raclette to melt & serve with fingerling potatoes, cornichons & more, all paired with alpine wines from Switzerland and the Savoie. Wear your favorite ski sweater!
