10月15日から11月19日まで開催される第8回BFFビンジ・フリンジ・フェスティバル・オブ・フリー・シアターは、全米で唯一の無料フリンジ・フェスティバルで、ロサンゼルス郡芸術文化局を通じたロサンゼルス郡監督委員会、サンタモニカ市、サンタモニカ・アート・コミッション、プレイハウス・パルスからの寛大な助成金により、38の対面式演劇、ワークショップ、家族向けイベントが提供される。BFFは、演劇芸術体験は不可欠であり、変容をもたらすものであり、すべての人が利用できるものでなければならないという考えのもと、人間の条件の幅広さと深さを称賛している。.

Born into darkness, comedy is her superpower. Growing up in a dysfunctional family in Japan, Kazu dreams of escape. Raised by a mother suffering from schizophrenia and a distant alcoholic father, forced to combat sexist stereotypes, she discovers her voice and purpose in comedy. An award-winning solo performer, Kazu delivers a one-two punch of wry observation, and raw physicality.
