Westside Ballet of Santa Monica reaches beyond its traditional realm to explore new horizons on Saturday, May 7th, celebrating a springtide return to the Broad Stage with A Petite Soir\u00e9e, a fundraising event featuring cocktails, hors d\u2019oeuvres and acclaimed guest artists, including Mat\u00e9 Szentes and alumna Lyrica Woodruff in Balanchine\u2019s signature Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux. An exciting, last-minute addition to the event&#8217;s guest performances, alumni Adrian Blake Mitchell and Joy Womack are also scheduled to dance. A celebrated danseur and a prima ballerina, respectively\u2014and two of the few Americans chosen to dance in Russia&#8217;s major ballet theatres, these two California natives had to abruptly flee their jobs, and will return to perform at the Saturday event<br \/>\nJoin us at 6 pm for the reception, followed by the performance at 7:30 p.m. Westside Ballet\u2019s \u201cNew Horizons\u201d presentation will delight with wonderfully varied works from the most classic choreographers and composers to an original contemporary work with a commissioned score.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tix.com\/ticket-sales\/WestsideBallet\/4547\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cliquez ici pour plus d'informations et de billets<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Classical, neo-classical, contemporary.
