Indian Classical dance for all with Aparna Sindhoor

Aparna leads you through basic movements of Bharata Natyam, an Indian classical dance form with origins in the temples and courts of Southern India. The form has a strong component of rhythmic footwork, musicality, lyricism, and Abhinaya or acting/expressive technique. This is event is open to all ages and abilities. No prior experience necessary; bring clothes to move in and comfortable shoes and socks.
