Attendez-vous \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement complet du corps, enseign\u00e9 dans notre style caract\u00e9ristique Athletic Pilates, avec des exercices interm\u00e9diaires et des opportunit\u00e9s de relever des d\u00e9fis avanc\u00e9s.
