\nLe 19 juin (abr\u00e9viation de \u201cJune Nineteenth\u201d) est une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration annuelle de la signature de la Proclamation d'\u00e9mancipation. La proclamation d'\u00e9mancipation \u00e9mise par le pr\u00e9sident Abraham Lincoln le 1er janvier 1863 avait \u00e9tabli que toutes les personnes asservies \u201cseront alors, dor\u00e9navant et \u00e0 jamais libres\u201d.\u201d
\nCe programme lumineux sp\u00e9cial se d\u00e9roulera de la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit (vers 19h30) jusqu'\u00e0 minuit.
