Long m\u00e9trage documentaire explorant la nouvelle musique et le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne social du chant, MANTRA - Sounds into Silence partage les histoires de personnes qui trouvent la gu\u00e9rison et un sentiment de paix int\u00e9rieure en chantant des mantras avec d'autres personnes comme elles. Il s'agit d'un film sur la spiritualit\u00e9, et non sur la religion ; il s'agit de personnes qui se reconnectent avec leur vrai moi et avec les autres.
\nAu fil des r\u00e9cits de nos personnages sur leur lien avec la musique, nous rencontrons les musiciens qui les ont inspir\u00e9s et r\u00e9unis. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces rencontres, nous d\u00e9couvrirons comment Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal & Miten, Krishna Das, Lama Gyurme, Jai Uttal et MC Yogi, entre autres, sont venus eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 cette musique et \u00e0 la pratique du kirtan, et comment, au fil des ans, elle a transform\u00e9 leur vie.
