NAMI Mental Health Townhall

This community-based event will focus on advocacy and awareness of the community’s mental health needs. The National Alliance on Mental Illness Westside LA and local providers will share principles of wellness, recovery, and resiliency activities, discuss available services and supports and provide strategies for reducing stigma and discrimination for families and individuals living with and supporting those living with mental health conditions. This session will feature mental health advocates, service providers and behavioral specialists, including LADMH Clinical Medical Officer Dr. Curley Bonds and Cedar Sinai Dr. Waguih Ishak.
