Practice hand cutting stencil designs in the Japanese Katagami tradition, then use Korean Joomchi paper felting techinques to combine into a unique handmade paper. Huong will go over ways of making small shadow lanterns with the resulting patterned surfaces. Leave the class with your very own tea light-sized shadow lantern.
