Anstatt w\u00f6rtliche Darstellungen von Geb\u00e4uden zu schaffen, destilliert Okun die wesentlichen Qualit\u00e4ten von Form, Textur, Farbe und Details heraus. Vor dem Fotografieren fertigt die K\u00fcnstlerin erste Skizzen an und entwickelt eine kubistische Interpretation der Formen. Mit diesen formalen Gegen\u00fcberstellungen im Hinterkopf fotografiert der K\u00fcnstler das Geb\u00e4ude methodisch, indem er den Film in kleinen Schritten durch die Kamera spult und so ein langes Negativ mit sich \u00fcberlappenden Bildern erzeugt. Oft werden diese Arbeiten zu Triptychen mit komplexen, miteinander verbundenen Themen und Variationen zusammengesetzt. Jenny Okun ist eine Architektin von Frank o.
