Let our ring girls teach you how to spar, yes that’s right they are fighters! Come ready to fight in your best boxing attire, we’re talking glove, wraps, and robes here, this ain’t no joke, and we’ll throw you a bone from our state of the art, fully equipped, drinking station (for your post workout cocktail).
