Beautify Earth Pico Boulevard Walking Mural Tour

Join us for an inspiring walk on Saturday, August 19th at 11am on Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica.

We’ll dive deep into the process of creating public art, discuss the inspiration behind some of the murals, and talk about how you can join our community to make an impact locally.
We’ll meet at our favorite coffee shop, the UnUrban Coffee House (3301 Pico Boulevard), and take the tour from there!
Deemed as a “mural mecca” by the Santa Monica Press, Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica has been transformed by local artists and the community. Beautify Earth, local civic and community leaders, and the Pico Improvement Organization (PIO) have been working together for several years to create a safer, uplifting, and colorful street utilizing public art as tool to empower artists, encourage social responsibility, and instilling community pride.
