Annual Santa Monica Citywide Yard Sale

On September 15, 2018, you will be joining many families in the City of Santa Monica who are choosing to pass along usable items to their neighbors, rather than sending them to the landfill. The fewer materials we send to the landfill, the fewer natural resources we waste and the more money you can make at your sale.  Hold a sale of your own, coordinate with neighbors for a block sale, or use this as an opportunity to raise funds for a community group or charity. The City is encouraging neighbors to work together to hold block or multifamily sales as they tend to draw more attention from customers and it allows for a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors.
