Keynote speaker for the event is retired Santa Monica Fire Chief Ettore A. Berardinelli. National Anthem performance by Shaun Dove of the Santa Monica Police Department. There will also be performances by the Santa Monica Oceanaires and Guided Tours of Woodlawn’s Historical Cemetery & Mausoleum following the observance.
