VIP Card Participant Request Form

Santa Monica Convention and Visitors Bureau is excited to be renewing our Value Incentive Program (VIP) for visiting groups. All Santa Monica businesses are welcome to participate in this marketing program at NO COST. Retailers, restaurants, local attractions, spas, nightclubs, as well as other businesses, can increase traffic and revenue by participating.

A printed promotional sales and marketing piece will be provided to groups and convention attendees visiting Santa Monica to encourage them to patronize your establishment.* Your specific promotional offer will also be highlighted on our website, www.santamonica.com, where cardholders will be directed for further information.

To become a participating business, please fill out the form below. To be included, your business must offer a minimum of a 10% discount or a comparable offer, valid through February 1, 2010.

Examples include:

• Gift with purchase

• 15% discount

• Free/discounted entrance

• Free cup of coffee or soda with purchase

• Complimentary dessert with meal
