Local Programs in Santa Monica

The Green Certification Program: Santa Monica CVB was the first charter business in Santa Monica to receive a “Green Business” Certification for practicing and promoting the city’s sustainable lifestyle. The Green Certification program is a collaborative effort of the City of Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, Santa Monica CVB and Sustainable Works. Learn how to certify your business.

I Am Santa Monica: The SMCVB has also designed a free education program, open to anyone interested in learning about customer service skills, cultural sensitivity and Santa Monica’s destination brand promise. The Extra Bedroom Program: Each year during the holiday season, Santa Monica hotels and businesses offer discounted rates and offers to Santa Monica residents. Simply show proof of Santa Monica residency (California ID or driver’s license), and your friends and relatives will receive the discounts.
